About Clarity Solutions

Clarity Solutions was founded by Brian Davidson.  Some of his accomplishments and duties as the former State E-rate Coordinator for the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction include:

• In 2002, helped North Carolina school districts successfully secure over $22 million in additional E-rate funding over 2001
• In the same year, helped districts cut denial rates by over 30%
• Represented all North Carolina public schools for the CCSSO E-rate Alliance 
• Served in multiple distance learning and project planning roles for the Instructional Technology Division of NCDPI 

Brian is the only private consultant in the region who has been trained by USAC, the federal entity charged by the FCC to administer the E-rate program.  He holds degrees in accounting and education, studied under State Superintendent Mike Ward, interned with KPMG Peat Marwick, taught in the classroom, and also worked in technical support for NCDPI and IBM.
